Space Wolves/ Murica 405th and general Warhammer 40k Update

Man, I really, really, REALLY need to update more often. People will think I've been lazing about when in reality I've been busy. And now to show you the proof!

This was about a month ago when I finished these handsome gents; the Space Wolves Wolf Guard that where more or less thrown together using spare parts. I am not good for banners but I will think of something to do to finish them up 100%.

I think this was 2 months ago; maybe 3. The parts for the beginning of the Murica 405th Planetary Expeditionary Force, Murica 36th Planetary Defence Force; pending on load out of course.
There is enough to make 11 figures but I am gonna build just a squad up and once they are done built and have a coat of primer on them, I will order parts for 2nd squad.

And like I needed a hole in my head, I bought ... another figure. This one is Commissar Severina Raine. For some reason, my local store received 8 and they held 1 in reserve for me until I could get around and bought her.

At the time of taking these photos. she was just assembled and does not even have a coat of primer on.

Of course work on my brothers Albion Grenadier Guards did not slow down either. This is the 2nd Veteran squad that we built years ago and they since then have been repainted and for some rebuilt.

Last year, I backed Anvil Industry's Daughters of the Burning Rose kickstarter campaign with the intent of filling out the choices that Shieldwolf Miniatures could not fill as well as some Crusaders being built.

And now for some more recent photos. Here we have the finished Commissar Severina Raine.

And here we see the first 10 out of 15 Crusaders.

And that is that for this week's update. I hope to keep these up on a weekly basis at least as projects get finished. Per usual, please leave any comments here or on the FB page The Officer Factory. Have a good day cadets.
